CHAPTER LXVI: TWO HEARTS OF WIT & WISDOM
PRAYER TO ST. JOSEPH
Introduction:
"It was St. Joseph, of whom it had been said: 'The Sound of Victory will be heard, when the Faithful recognize the Sanctity of St. Joseph.' "
PRAYER:
"St. Joseph, you have set an example of perfect
love for Jesus & Mary.
Help us pattern our life after yours.
As earthly Father of Jesus and husband of Mary,
St. Joseph you had especially to concern yourself
with the material needs of your family.
Protect our families and pray for us,
So that the Lord be respected and loved in all our homes.
Teach us how to sanctify ourselves through
our daily tasks.
Despise not our prayers, Foster-father of our Redeemer.
Implore your Divine Son for all helps and graces necessary;
For our spiritual and temporal welfare,
Particularly the grace of a happy death,
And the special favors we NOW implore.
Amen."
