One Door Closes. Another Opens

A friend sent me this and I added my thoughts at the end.

One Door Closes. Another Opens

Revelations 3:8

When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly! 'The power of one sentence! God is going to shift things around for you today and let things work in your favor. God closes doors no man can open & God opens doors no man can close..  Have a blessed day and remember to be a blessing.

My add to this:

There was a young lad riding his bike who came too close to the edge of a cliff and fell over. As he fell, he managed to grab onto a tree branch that was growing out from the side of the cliff. He hang on for dear life and shouted "Help" over and over. Finaly a voice said "Can I help you?" The young lad said "Yes, but who are you?" The voice answered: "I Am God!" The lad said: "Will you help me?" "Yes," said God. "What should I do, God?" God said: "Let go!" The lad said: "Let go?" God said "Yes!" The lad shouted: "Is there anyone else out there?"

The moral of the story is sometimes we just don't want to let go and fall into God's loving arms. We think we can do it all by ourselves! That's why, I think, the world is in such a mess. And God is crying . . .

Meanwhile, I'm waiting for God to catch me and change my life around! I've been nagging Him for a long time, patiently waiting for the Divine Will to act. Fiat voluntas tua! Or as Our Lady said: "Fiat mihi!" "Be it done according to thy word!"
