Mother Mary said at Fatima: "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the sure way which will lead you to God." St. Thomas Aquinas said: "The things we love tell us who we are!" With that in mind, I will try to post each day something about Our Blessed Lady, items about the Holy Roman Catholic Church, and public domain Catholic books too! I pray you enjoy my ministry!
Below are two albums of pictures that I created:

[MaryVitamin] Miracle of the Sun & Saint Joseph
Mary Vitamin for October 13th
Topic: The Miracle of the Sun (October 13, 1917) and the glorious St. Joseph
"I took for my advocate and lord the glorious St. Joseph and earnestly recommended myself to him. I saw clearly that as in this need so in other greater ones concerning honor and loss of souls this father and lord of mine came to my rescue in better ways than I knew how to ask for. I don't recall up to this day ever having petitioned him for anything that he failed to grant. It is an amazing thing the great many favors God has granted me through the meditation of this blessed saint, the dangers I was freed from both of body and soul. For with other saints it seems the Lord has given them grace to be of help in one need, whereas with this glorious saint I have experience that he helps in all our needs and that the Lord wants us to understand that jut as He was subject to St. Joseph on earth –for since bearing the title of father, being the Lord's tutor Joseph could give the Child command so in heaven God does whatever he commands.”
The Book of Her Life in The Collected Works of St. Teresa of Avila Vol I(ICS Publications: 1987), 79-80.
St. Joseph is part of the message of Fatima; he is part of the miracle of the sun. I will call upon St. Joseph today and ask him to come with the Holy Child to bring peace to the world.
"Let particular honor and love be shown to our special patron, St. Joseph, the Spouse of the Most Holy Mary, the virginal father of Jesus and us. The FTI may commendably entrust themselves to St. Joseph, as guardian and father of their souls; thus they will imitate Jesus who gave Himself wholly to Mary and Joseph." Marian Seraphic Pathways, Directory #32
from the Franciscans of the Immaculate Community Prayer Book:
O Guardian and Father of virgins, Saint Joseph, to whose faithful care Jesus Himself and the Virgin of virgins, Mary, were entrusted: for the sake of these two most precious treasures, I beg and entreat you to preserve me from every sin so that I may always serve Jesus and Mary most chastely with pure mind, heart, and body. Amen
I give this resolution to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
