Feast of Christ the King:

Feast of Christ the King -

This Sunday we sit back and celebrate the fact that, despite what the evening news says, WE know who is in charge.  And we know the end of the story.  Yes, life is a battle, but one day he’ll come back, the strife will be over and we’ll find ourselves on the winning side. Come to the Crossroads Initiative for a word of hope that will cheer your heart—Celebrate Christ the King!

Enrich Your Thanksgiving Holiday -

Thanksgiving Feast
Did you know that the Church has provided us with a special table blessing and short scripture reading for Thanksgiving? Download it now and print it out for use on the big day—your family will love it.   And while you are at it, why not download and read Abraham Lincoln’s original proclamation of the Thanksgiving holiday to remind the family of the true meaning of “Turkey Day.”

And don’t forget to check out our reflection on the gospel read atThanksgiving day Mass—it’s worth not only reading, but passing along!

Please no anonymous comments. I require at least some way for people to address each other personally and courteously. Having some name or handle helps.
