Mary TV Daily Reflection 12/18/2010

The nativity

December 18, 2010

Dear Family of Mary!

"Thank you for every sacrifice you have brought to me.

Dear children, live that way continuously and, with your love, help me to present the sacrifice.  God will reward you for that." (March 13, 1986)

God loves us, as His very dear children, and so He gladly receives even our smallest sacrifices with great joy.  About the only thing we really have to offer God is our small sufferings.  They are a handsome gift, when given out of love for Jesus and all He has done for us!  Even as a tiny baby, Jesus was sacrificing for each of us!

THIRD DAY       DECEMBER 18

O Infant God, Who, from the moment of Your conception in holy Mary's womb, did offer Yourself to Your Eternal Father for the salvation of our souls. 0 vouchsafe, to give us a lively sense of the one thing necessary, so that we may labor zealously for others, and work out our own salvation in fear and trembling, yet with confidence in Your love.

Our Father......Hail Mary... Glory be...

HAIL AND BLESSED be the hour and the moment in which the Son of God was born of the Most Pure Blessed Virgin Mary at midnight in Bethlehem in the piercing cold: In that hour, vouchsafe, 0 my God, to hear my, prayer and grant my petitions, through the merits of Jesus Christ Our Lord.

In Jesus and Mary!
