Christmas Eve

Dear Family of Mary!

"Dear children! I wish to thank all who have listened to my messages and who on Christmas Day have lived what I said. Undefiled by sin from now on, I wish to lead you further in love. Abandon your hearts to me! Thank you for having responded to my call!" (December 26, 1985)

On this night of pure love in which our Savior was born, a pure and spotless Baby of a pure and spotless Mother, we behold and ponder the purest and most tender love of our heavenly Father.  He who created us sent His only begotten Son to redeem us.  Pure Gift given to abject humanity.  Pure Light breaking forth in the darkest night.  Pure Love poured out upon sinners one and all.  We are astounded at the scene.  We are speechless before the manger.  We are aware only of the magnitude of the Mercy we have received.  Our hearts are burning with joy and gratitude.  May we live on from this day as our novena prayers express, in holiness.

NINTH DAY:   DECEMBER 24

O Divine Savior, O King of immortal glory, Who, in Your great mercy, did come into the world to redeem us and to make us holy. O grant that, denying all ungodliness and love of this world, we may live soberly in ourselves, justly toward our neighbor, and piously before You, that so we may be happy with You for all Eternity.

Our Father... Hail Mary...Glory be...

HAIL AND BLESSED be the hour and the moment in which the Son of God was born of the Most Pure Blessed Virgin Mary at midnight in Bethlehem in the piercing cold: In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my petitions, through the merits of Jesus Christ Our Lord.

Merry Christmas, dear ones!  Thank you for making this journey to Bethlehem!  God be with you!
