Dear Family of Mary!

"Dear children! Also today I am with you and I am looking at you and blessing you, and I am not losing hope that this world will change for the good and that peace will reign in the hearts of men. Joy will begin to reign in the world because you have opened yourselves to my call and to God's love. The Holy Spirit is changing a multitude of those who have said 'yes'. Therefore I desire to say to you: thank you for having responded to my call."

I am sure I am not alone in breathing a great big sigh of relief upon receiving this message from Our Lady!  We needed this encouragement!  What a flood of peace and hope this message brings to us!

Someone pointed out to me a beautiful connection between this message and the lovely story I shared on Tuesday.  If you remember, I shared about Kendall, the beloved husband of Mary Ann and father of Jennifer.  Kendall was not a Catholic and though his wife longed for him to join her in the faith, she said nothing.  Then one day, Denis gave Mary Ann a picture of Our Lady that was blessed at an apparition in Medjugorje.  She put the picture in her dining room, across from where Kendall would sit.  She said nothing.  After a year of sitting with Our Lady, looking at her, and she looking back at him, Kendall became a Catholic!  Could we not say that Our Lady was with Kendall, looking at him and blessing him!  Oh yes!

This wonderful miracle of love is an image for all of us!  Our Lady wants us to just sit with her, gaze upon her, be with her.  She is with us, looking at us and blessing us.  If we spend time with her, we will be changed!  In fact she tells us we have been changed!

Maybe it is time for all of us to learn from Mary Ann, and give pictures of Our Lady to our loved ones, believers and non believers alike.  Her face, her gaze is powerful.  Even the hardest hearts can be changed, healed, converted by her presence, her blessing, her gaze.

We at Mary TV also hope that through the internet and someday TV, we will be able to transmit the presence of Our Lady, her beautiful face, her loving gaze, her motherly blessing, to people throughout the world.  This is our driving desire.

Thank you, dearest Mother, for being with us, for looking so intently and lovingly at us, and for blessing us.  We love you with childlike love, and wish to be near you forever.

In Jesus and Mary!
