"The Holy Spirit is loved lukewarmly, and invoked without fervor, and in many hearts, even among My own, He is not even called to mind. All of this deeply wounds My Heart. It is time the Holy Spirit reigns....it is necessary that He reigns...close...in each soul and in each heart.....then the world will change, for all the evils deplored today have their cause in the remoteness of the Holy Spirit.....On sending the world a new Pentecost, I want it inflamed, purified, illuminated...by the light and fire of the Holy Spirit. The last stage of the world must be marked very specially by the effusion of the Holy Spirit. He must reign in hearts and in the entire world..."
