Corpus Christi Procession All are invited to the celebration of Mass on Corpus Christi, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, at St. James School Gymnasium, 505 E. Ridgewood Street in downtown Orlando, on Sunday, June 6, 6:00 p.m. Following Mass, you are invited to participate in a Eucharistic Procession from St. James School Gymnasium around the walking path of Lake Eola ending at the Lake Eola Amphitheatre on Rosalind Street for Benediction. The procession will include prayer at altars of repose that reflect the music and traditions of various ethnic groups in our community such as Portuguese, Vietnamese, Haitian, Korean, Hispanic, Filipino, Polish and African. This Procession with the Most Blessed Sacrament was initiated in the Diocese of Orlando by Archbishop Thomas Wenski and is a very beautiful opportunity to pray together and publicly express our faith. |
Mother Mary said at Fatima: "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the sure way which will lead you to God." St. Thomas Aquinas said: "The things we love tell us who we are!" With that in mind, I will try to post each day something about Our Blessed Lady, items about the Holy Roman Catholic Church, and public domain Catholic books too! I pray you enjoy my ministry! Below are two albums of pictures that I created: 1. Our grand daughter Adrianna. 2. Tears of Mary!

Please no anonymous comments. I require at least some way for people to address each other personally and courteously. Having some name or handle helps.
