Below is the beginnings of a list of some of the more popular novena prayers. Be sure to check back often as I will be adding to this list for a while.
Marian Novena Prayers
Miraculous Medal NovenaImmaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ and our Mother, penetrated with the most lively confidence in your all-powerful and never-failing intercession, manifested so often through the Miraculous Medal, we your loving and trusting children implore you to obtain for us the graces and favors we ask during this novena, if they be beneficial to our immortal souls, and the souls for whom we pray.
(Mention your request.)
You know, O Mary, how often our souls have been the sanctuaries of your Son, who hates iniquity. Obtain for us then a deep hatred of sin and that purity of heart which will attach us to God alone so that our every thought, word and deed may tend to his greater glory.
Obtain for us also a spirit of prayer and self-denial that we may recover by penance what we have lost by sin and at length attain to that blessed abode where you are the Queen of Angels and of People. Amen.

Our Lady of Fatima
Most holy Virgin, who came to Fatima to reveal to the three shepherd children the treasures of the graces hidden in the recitation of the rosary, inspire our hearts with a sincere love of this devotion, so that by meditating on the mysteries of our redemption that are recalled in it, we may gather their fruits and obtain the conversion of sinners, the conversion of Russia, and (mention your other requests), which we ask of you in this novena, for the greater glory of God, for your own honor and for the good of people. Amen.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Novena
Our Lady of Guadalupe, according to your message in Mexico I venerate you as the Virgin Mother of the true God for whom we live, the Creator of all the world, Maker of heaven and earth. In spirit I kneel before your most holy Image which you miraculously imprinted upon the cloak of the Indian Juan Diego, and with the faith of the countless numbers of pilgrims who visit your shrine, I beg you for this favor:

Remember, O Immaculate Virgin, the words you spoke to your devout client, "I am a merciful Mother to you and to all your people who love me and trust in me and invoke my help. I listen to their lamentations and solace all their sorrows and their sufferings." I beg you to be a merciful Mother to me, because I sincerely love you and trust in you and invoke your help. I entreat you, Our Lady of Guadalupe, to grant my request, if this should be the will of God, in order that I may bear witness to your love, your compassion, your help and protection. Do not forsake me in my needs.

Saints Novena Prayers
All Saints Novena PrayerYou can pray this general novena to your patron saint on his or her feast day or at any time. You can also pray to your patron saint or to all saints on November 1, All Saints Day.
Glorious Saint ______________, my beloved patron, you served God in humility and with confidence on earth. Now you enjoy his beatific vision in heaven. You persevered until death and gained the crown of eternal life. Remember now the dangers and confusion and anguish that surround me in my needs and troubles, especially (mention your request). Amen.
St. Benedict Novena PrayerGlorious St. Benedict, sublime model of virtue, pure vessel of God's grace!
Behold me humbly kneeling at your feet. I implore you in your loving kindness to pray for me before the throne of God. To you I have recourse in the dangers that daily surround me.
Shield me against my selfishness and my indifference to God and to my neighbor. May your blessing be with with me always, so that I may see and serve Christ in others and work for his kingdom.
Graciously obtain for me from God these favors and graces which I need so much in the trials of life. Your heart was always full of love, compassion and mercy toward those who were afflicted or troubled in any way. I therefore invoke your powerful intercession, confident in the hope that you will hear my prayers and obtain for me the special grace I implore you.

St. Francis de Sales Novena PrayerO blessed Francis de Sales, who on earth did excel in a life of virtue, especially in the love of God and neighbor. I earnestly ask you to take me under your compassionate care and protection. Obtain for me conversion of mind and heart. Grant that all people, especially (names of those who you wish to include) may experience the depth of God's redeeming and healing love.
Teach me to fix my eyes on the things of heaven even as I walk each day with my feet planted firmly on the earth. Help me, through the practice of virtue and the pursuit of devotion, to avoid anything that would otherwise cause me to stumble in my attempt to follow Christ and to be an instrument of the Holy Spirit.
Encouraged by your prayers and example, help me to live fully my sacred dignity with the hope of experiencing my sacred destiny: eternal life with God. Receive also this particular need or concern that I now lift up in prayer. (mention your particular need).
O God, for the salvation of all, you desired that St. Francis de Sales - preacher, missionary, confessor, bishop and founder - should befriend many along the road to salvation. Mercifully grant that we, infused with the humility and gentleness of his chastity, guided by his wisdom and sharing in his spirit may experience eternal life. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Oh Saint Joseph, assist me by your powerful intercession and obtain for me from your Divine Son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ, Our Lord; so that having engaged here below your Heavenly power I may offer my Thanksgiving and Homage to the Loving of Fathers.
Oh Saint Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms. I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart.
Press Him in my name and kiss His fine Head for me, and ask Him to return the kiss when I draw my dying breath.
