Glad Tidings we Bring . . . Have you ever met people who associate the Catholic Church . . . and sometimes religion in general . . . with bondage? Legalism? Judgmentalism? There must be a lot of these people in France where now less than 2% of baptized Catholics are going to Church regularly. Sadly, America is moving in this direction – only 16% of Catholics in Boston, the 4th largest diocese in the US, are fulfilling their Sunday obligation. What is needed to turn this situation around? A fresh, bold, and joyful proclamation of the gospel – that God has a plan for each and every one of us that is more marvelous than we could ever dream up for ourselves! That the Messiah has truly come to break bonds, not forge them, to liberate, not oppress! That living for him is an exciting adventure . . . better than anything the world has to offer! This is the Christmas message. These are the glad tidings the angels brought to the shepherds. This is the Good News we must tell the world today. The Crossroads Initiative has brought this message of hope to hundreds of thousands of people this Advent. With your help, we will bring it to millions more in 2012. We have big plans – a redesigned website that will more than double the people we reach. A new radio show reaching a worldwide audience. A new roster of youth speakers bringing rousing testimony and music to high schools and parishes across the USA. But of course, we need your help to pull this off. Please consider a Christmas gift to the Christ child. He desires nothing more than to free more people from the sadness of sin and ignorance. Some of you are able to give large, year-end gifts of $500, $1000 and more. If you can, please do so. Some can pledge to help monthly – a dollar a day for the gospel, $30 per month. We need that kind of regular support. Some can give a one-time Christmas gift that represents what you would give to a friend or family member -- $20 or $50 or $100. Whatever you give, you give to Him. For his comfort. For his honor and His glory. You can give right here, right now, securely on line via credit card or paypal. You can mail a gift to Crossroads, PO Box 271227, Flower Mound TX, 75027. Or you can call us with a credit card at 1.800.704-8220. Help us to bring this prophecy to even greater fulfillment “the people who walked in darkness have seen a great light.” Thanks. We are praying for the needs of you and your family. Merry Christmas! Mother Mary said at Fatima: "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the sure way which will lead you to God." St. Thomas Aquinas said: "The things we love tell us who we are!" With that in mind, I will try to post each day something about Our Blessed Lady, items about the Holy Roman Catholic Church, and public domain Catholic books too! I pray you enjoy my ministry! Below are two albums of pictures that I created: 1. Our grand daughter Adrianna. 2. Tears of Mary!

Please no anonymous comments. I require at least some way for people to address each other personally and courteously. Having some name or handle helps.
