Advent has begun! It’s time to give alms,
pray and fast for the glorious coming of our savior, Jesus Christ the
High Priest, born in a poor filthy stable in Bethlehem.
Although we were not present 2,000 years
ago to open our doors for the Holy Family who were desperate for
lodging, we can now provide for the Divine Infant by caring for His
priests who make manifest His precious Body and Blood on all of our
altars throughout the world today.
On behalf of all the Catholic priests who
are hurting so much at this time, and turn to us for help, I ask you to
please consider making a donation to Opus Bono Sacerdotii as part of
your Advent alms giving. The cold winter has begun for priests in the
North who need our urgent support for increased heat and electricity
bills. Please be generous to them:
