Prayer to Jesus: Dear Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God and you died for me; come into my heart Lord, and make yourself real to me.  Live your life in me; forgive me of my sins Lord, and I forgive anyone who has offended me. (since we are throwing ourselves on the mercy of God, the link below will take you to a video where the Chaplet of Divine Mercy has been put to the scenes and music of "The Passion of the Christ")         This image of the Divine child is one of my favorites, because to me, even as a child Jesus was pointing to His Sacred Heart.  This heart that suffered so much for you and I.  The suffering we should mediate on as we enter Lent.     Suffering has increased in the body of Christ to such a degree that, (I am sure) people wonder if they can sustain anymore.  But God promised us in His Word that He would not give us more than we can bear.  And so we must cling to that promise.  We have to remember too, that those tears, heartaches, diseases, lost spouses, children, worries about finances are being gathered by Our Lady to take to the Father in heaven.  She has worked and is working tirelessly for the graces needed to save sinners.....as St. Gertrudes prayer says:   "Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family. Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus: As we approach this season of Lent, many of you might be asking what can I "give up"?  I remember years ago giving things up for 40 days and then when Lent was over, (in reflecting over those years), nothing changed in me.  I came out of Lent exactly the same way I began.  It was not until I prayed the prayer to the left, a form of the sinners prayer, when I was truly inviting Jesus into my life, that I began to change.  Some 30 years later, I pray every day that I know Jesus better today then I knew him yesterday.  I want to come closer and closer to Jesus every day and I know that only his mother can bring me that close.   Our conversion is not a "one time" process.  It is something we must work on every day...scripture says to   (Philippians 2:12-13) "...so work out your salvation with fear and trembling.  It is God who, for his own generous purpose, gives you the intention and the powers to act."  (New Jerusalem translation)   So it is my prayer that if you haven't asked Jesus and Mary for a "heart transplant" yet, that you will take this time of the year and do so from the depths of your heart...truly meaning it....and then watch God work in you!       Our Lady of Good Success and the prayer of faith:  WHAT IS THE PRAYER OF FAITH?          Jesus tells us what it is and how to use it. Mark 11:22-26 (having seen the fig tree Jesus had cursed dried and withered Peter mentions is to Jesus.  And Jesus says)   Jesus answered, "Have faith in God, in truth I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, be pulled up and thrown into the sea, with no doubt in his heart, but believing that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.  I tell you therefore everything you ask and pray for, believe that you have it already, and it will be yours.  and when you stand in prayer forgive whatever you have against anybody so that your Father in heaven may forgive your failings too."  (Scripture quotes from The New Jerusalem translation)   There are three stipulations here ...   You must ask for it....   Believe that you have received it...   You must FORGIVE anyone who has hurt you, rejected you so your prayer can be heard and receive mercy.    To illustrate the prayer of faith:    Recently a young man who has a devotion to Our Lady of Good Success shared with me his frustrations about his finances (which I am sure many of us can relate to) and proceeded to tell me that he went from complaining and telling Our Lady (as if She does not know) that he was willing to be poor, but money was still needed to function in this evil world, to remembering our Lady's request to Venerable Mother Mariana to "become childlike" in your prayers and requests.  So his prayer went from "I want ".... to following the inspirations to be more specific in his requests.   So he then prayed "Blessed Mother please procure for me $500.00 to cover auto insurance; a gift for my Godson's First Communion and I would like to go to dinner."  How's that for specifics?  After praying in that manner for awhile, his prayer went to "Thank you for the $500.00" over and over again for another short while.  A few days later a friend came to visit who had been told specifically by the Blessed Mother to give $500.00 to him.  When Our Lady was telling him to give his friend the money, he replied to the Blessed Mother, "I don't have $500.00", to which he was quickly reprimanded by Our Lady. So he went to this young man's house to visit and gave him the $500.00.  Knowing that there is no out giving God, the benefactor himself received that same amount later in that day!   http://ourladyofgoodsuccess.com/      FAITH IS BELIEVING IN WHAT YOU CANNOT YET SEE!  Last but not least....I am still banging this drum...wake up my brothers and sisters, wake up! We are in the "latter days" and we are the apostles of the latter days.  Our Lady and Jesus have worked tirelessly to bring awareness to their children.  But for the small number of the remnant, who are still praying, most of the world is following the lies and the "leaders" of the various countries.  Sad to say, very sad to quote that the Catholic population is a large majority of the populous of the United States.  To God's dismay, Catholics voted for Mr. Obama.  A man who clearly does not embrace the Judeo-Christian beliefs that were the ideals for the foundation of this country.  America has been a guiding light for many other peoples, and despite the many faults, it is still the best country in the world.  Over the many years of my ministry and the many messages given to me, I have shared with whomever would listen that America would be brought to its knees due to natural disasters and the economy.  As I watch the news from time to time, or as people share with me what is happening, it is almost surreal for me.  I see the increase of Communism right here in the USA; the "rights" of a religion, and the only "religion" that I know of that advocates violence and forcefully imposing their beliefs on this country; I see the president of these once great United States cancel the National Day of Prayer, but participate in a Muslim service AT the White House, and the many strings of the "powers that be" pulling politicians at their direction to jump "this high" ;    people are fearful now for their homes, their jobs, their benefits, etc....and I for one have never felt so unsettled about the direction this country is going. You think Communism is dead?    I was reviewing a book I read awhile back and the quote made by the Premier of Russia back in the late 50's rang truer than ever before: "In June 1957, Nikita Khrushchev, Soviet Communist Party boss, was interviewed before a nation-wide American television audience.  With calm assurance he stated:"...I can prophesy that your grandchildren in America will live under socialism.  And please do not be afraid of that.  Your grandchildren will ...not understand how their grandparents did not undrestand the progressive nature of a socialist society." and again: Excerpts from a speech by Secretary of Agriculture under the Eisenhower Administration, Ezra Taft Benson: "Your children will live under communism." Khrushchev said.   "On the contrary," Secretary Benson replied, "My grandchildren will live in freedom as I hope that all people will." Khrushchev then retorted: "You Americans are so gullible. No, you won't accept Communism outright; but we'll keep feeding you small doses of Socialism until you will finally wake up and find that you already have Communism. We won't have to fight you; we'll so weaken your economy, until you fall like overripe fruit into our hands."   The link below is audio of Mr. Benson relating the conversation that radio talk show host Glenn Beck played in 2008. http://ironicsurrealism.blogivists.com/2010/06/24/ezra-taft-bensons-conversation-with-khrushchev-audio/   How many realize that the difficult situations we find ourselves in now is the result of that very slow but deliberate implementation of an agenda that has literally destroyed traditions, morals, boundaries and values once held in high esteem?  A slavery of our own making because over and over and over again people put MONEY and the ECONOMY before the lives of the innocent babies being slaughtered daily by abortion.....and continue to elect politicians who want to be "politically correct" and say that abortion is a woman's choice!  Did that baby CHOOSE to die?  Did a woman's mother CHOOSE to give her life?  GOD CHOSE us to  co-operate with his plan for this world by bringing LIFE INTO THE WORLD....so that perhaps one or two would become SPIRITUAL FATHERS AND MOTHERS and give LIFE TO THE CHURCH.  The conjugal act in marriage gives LIFE to the world, and celibacy in the priests and religious gives SPIRITUAL LIFE TO THE CHURCH, and together it glorifies God!  For that reason the sin of homosexuality goes against the will of God and his purpose for creating man and woman. Genesis 2:18 The Lord God said: "It is not good for the man to be alone.  I will make a suitable partner for him."  It goes on to say that God looked at everything he had already created..the birds, the animals and they were not good enough.  So he created woman, from the rib that came out of Adam's womb...get it?  Women's Lib is a subject for another time...for the destruction it has wrought in families. As I started to say, we as Catholics, if we truly embraced the Gospel message of Jesus, if we truly walked in the light of GODS TRUTH we could change the world!  So to those who knowingly elected Mr. Obama, knowing that not only does he embrace abortion, says and voted 3 times that if a baby survives an abortion, it must be killed!  You must go and confess and be truly sorry for what you voted for and brought upon those of us who fought with all our might to get the truth out to people which fell on deaf ears and cold hearts.  Choosing the promise of money and the economy over life has brought us to the point of going under the yoke of slavery....we can see now the price of all commodities rising sharply, fulfilling the following scripture:   Revelation 6:6     ".....It said:  "A day's pay for a ration of wheat and the same for three of barley!  But spare the olive oil and the wine!" (New American Bible translation)  Will we be paying $5, $6, or more for gas very soon?  Or will we be able to buy anything at all??  Our money very shortly will be worth nothing...like the Confederate money of old.  And the only way we will get through the difficult days, is by the preparations we have made SPIRITUALLY for all these years....some soldiers, i.e, prayer warriors, have gone home and are fighting with us on the other side.....they so wanted to live and see what is right ahead.  I would prefer to go home....but only God knows when that day is and until then I will fight with all my might to proclaim the love, the mercy, the joy of knowing God in a most intimate way.  And God wants to have that relationship with EVERYONE.  Not just me, or those who receive messages.  And we must invite Jesus' mother in the same way we invited Jesus...into our hearts....to give us our heart transplants!  Praise be to the Lord Jesus Christ and Mary! If you read the scriptures, you would know the times we are living in....  "So stay awake, because you do not know the day when your master is coming.  You may be quite sure of this, that if the house holder had known at what time of the night the burglar would come, he would have stayed awake and would not have allowed anyone to break through the wall of his house.  Therefore, you too must stand ready because the Son of man is coming at an hour you do not expect."  (Matthew 24:42 New Jerusalem translation)      Before I sign off I speak to all:  You must not fear!  You must quickly ask Jesus and Mary to enter the refuge of their hearts if you have not already done so.....IF you are going to be led to a "refuge", a physical place of refuge, you will know it....just as God warned St. Joseph in a dream, or the angles appear; in whatever way necessary you will KNOW....you will just know.
