Dear Family of Mary!

In this message, Our Lady encourages us to works of mercy! It is so easy to forget these merciful works. We get caught up in our own lives and forget the needs of others around us. Merciful acts are golden. They not only give joy to those in need, but they fill our hearts with the warmth of God's love. Listen to Our Lady:

"Dear children!

Today I invite you to do works of mercy

with love and out of love for me

and for your and my brothers and sisters.

Dear children,

all that you do for others,

do it with great joy and humility towards God.

I am with you and day after day

I offer your sacrifices and prayers to God

for the salvation of the world.

Thank you for having responded to my call."

Our Lady's words can help us this Advent. Her words can open up our hearts to see the needs of those around us in the light of God's love. Then we will know how to respond to those needs, in the love of God! May we do works of mercy with love, and out of love for Our Lady and for our brothers and sisters in need!
