You must be born from above...

Dear Family of Mary,
In the Gospel for today, Jesus speaks to Nicodemus about a mystery we may all scratch our heads over:
"Jesus said to Nicodemus: "'You must be born from above.' The wind blows where it wills, and you can hear the sound it makes, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."(John 3: 7b-8)
Jesus was trying to teach us that we must be fundamentally changed by our relationship with Him. We must be reborn by the power of the Holy Spirit and made new people! When we are made new in this way we will be operating on a whole new plane of existence, one that is miraculous and heavenly, one that is a mystery to those who as yet have not encountered Jesus. It is a whole new logic, a whole new way of thinking and seeing everything!!
Our Lady has spoken about this new birth to us in her messages. She wants us to realize that we need to exist in a heavenly reality that only her Son can give to us, through the Holy Spirit.
Here are 5 messages in which Our Lady draws our attention to this heavenly reality that we reach through a new birth in Christ! Let's use one for each decade of a Rosary today and let her words do the work. Let's seek this new birth in the Spirit through her!
June 2, 2010 "Dear Children; Today I call you with prayer and fasting to clear the path in which my Son will enter into your hearts. Accept me as a mother and a messenger of God's love and His desire for your salvation. Free yourself of everything from the past which burdens you, that gives you a sense of guilt, that which previously led you astray in error and darkness. Accept the light. Be born anew in the righteousness of my Son. Thank you."
November 25, 2008 "Dear children! Also today I call you, in this time of grace, to pray for little Jesus to be born in your heart. May He, who is peace itself, give peace to the entire world through you. Therefore, little children, pray without ceasing for this turbulent world without hope, so that you may become witnesses of peace for all. May hope begin to flow through your hearts as a river of grace. Thank you for having responded to my call."
November 25, 2019 "Dear children! May this time be a time of prayer for you. Without God you do not have peace. Therefore, little children, pray for peace in your hearts and families, so that Jesus can be born in you and give you His love and blessing. The world is at war because hearts are full of hatred and jealousy. In the eyes, little children, peacelessness is seen because you have not permitted Jesus to be born in your lives. Seek Him, pray, and He will give Himself to you in the Child who is joy and peace. I am with you and I pray for you. Thank you for having responded to my call."
November 25, 2020 "Dear children! This is a time of love, warmth, prayer and joy. Pray, little children, for little Jesus to be born in your hearts. Open your hearts to Jesus who gives Himself to each of you. God sent me to be joy and hope in this time, and I am saying to you: Without little Jesus you do not have the tenderness or the feeling of Heaven which is hidden in the Newborn. Therefore, little children, work on yourselves. By reading the Sacred Scripture you will discover Jesus' birth and joy, as in the first days which Medjugorje gave to humanity. History will be truth which, also today, is being repeated in you and around you. Work on and build peace through the Sacrament of Confession. Reconcile with God, little children, and you will see miracles around you. Thank you for having responded to my call."
December 2, 2009 "Dear children, At this time of preparation and joyful expectation I, as a mother, desire to point you to what is the most important, to your soul. Can my Son be born in it? Is it cleansed by love from lies, arrogance, hatred and malice? Above all else does your soul love God as your Father and does it love your fellow brother in Christ? I am pointing you to the way which will raise your soul to a complete union with my Son. I desire for my Son to be born in you. What a joy that would be for me as mother. Thank you."
Jesus tells us, "You must be born from above!" May it be so!!!
