St Pius X Parish in Appleton, Wisconsin will be hosting the Vatican International Exhibition for the Church Approved Eucharistic Miracles Of The World. Throughout history numerous Eucharistic miracles have been approved by the Catholic Church as truly worthy of belief. The Vatican Eucharistic Miracles Photographic Exhibition (consisting of 160 illustrated miracle panels and maps) faithfully recounts for us many well documented miraculous occurrences. Knowledge of these miracles strengthens our faith in Christ and His Church.
Eucharistic miracles are extraordinary events concerning the Bread and Wine consecrated at Mass which can be experienced through the senses. They become a visible sign of the Real Presence of Jesus. The Eucharistic miracles depicted in this exhibition have all been recognized by the local bishops while some of the miracles were also recognized by the Pope. Locations of the miracles are in Austria, Belgium, Caribbean Island of Martinique, Columbia, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Island of the Reunion (French Colony), Italy, Spain and Switzerland. The most recent miracle occurred in this century at Chirattakonam, India.
