Dear Family of Mary!
Dear Family of Mary!
February 25, 2017 "Dear children! Today I am calling you to profoundly live your faith and to implore the Most High to strengthen it, so that winds and storms cannot break it. May the roots of your faith be prayer and hope in eternal life. Already now, little children, work on yourselves in this time of grace, wherein God is giving you the grace - through renunciation and the call to conversion - to be people of clear and persevering faith and hope. Thank you for having responded to my call."
Thus says the LORD:
Cursed is the man who trusts in human beings,
who seeks his strength in flesh,
whose heart turns away from the LORD.
He is like a barren bush in the desert
that enjoys no change of season,
But stands in a lava waste,
a salt and empty earth.
Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
whose hope is the LORD.
He is like a tree planted beside the waters
that stretches out its roots to the stream:
It fears not the heat when it comes,
its leaves stay green;
In the year of drought it shows no distress,
but still bears fruit.
More tortuous than all else is the human heart,
beyond remedy; who can understand it?
I, the LORD, alone probe the mind
and test the heart,
To reward everyone according to his ways,
according to the merit of his deeds. (Jer. 17:5-20)

May
our roots be secured in the ground of faith through prayer, planted
beside the running waters of the Spirit, where they will stretch out to
the stream and be nourished by God's love. Then our leaves will stay
green, and our fruit will never fail. And no storm will be able to break
us, and no drought will be able to kill us. We will be able to stand
firm in the Lord, witnessing to His love and faithfulness. Faith and
hope will abide in us, and love will be the fruit.
Happy Lenting!!
In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!

PS. Today, a very helpful article/interview was published by Aleteia. Archbishop Henryl Hoser spoke to them about his assignment as special envoy to Medjugorje by the Holy Father, Pope Francis. Here is the link to his beautiful interview:
"Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world."
