Do not be anxious nor worried! October 8, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel today speaks to us about our priorities. What is it that should occupy us the most? Is it our job? Is it politics? Is it the future? Jesus speaks to this question in the Gospel. Maybe we should read this Gospel every day!! Luke 10: 38 - 42: Jesus entered a village where a woman whose name was Martha welcomed him. She had a sister named Mary who sat beside the Lord at his feet listening to him speak. Martha, burdened with much serving, came to him and said, "Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me by myself to do the serving? Tell her to help me." The Lord said to her in reply, "Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things. There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part and it will not be taken from her." (Luke 10: 41-42) Our Lady, in her own words, echoes Jesus' advice to Martha! Maybe we should read this message every day too: May 25, 1988  "Dear children!  I am inviting you to a complete surrender to God. Pray, little children, that satan may not carry you about like the branches in the wind. Be strong in God. I desire that through you the whole world may get to know the God of joy. By your life bear witness for God's joy. Do not be anxious nor worried. God himself will help you and show you the way. I desire that you love all men with my love. Only in that way can love reign over the world. Little children, you are mine. I love you and want you to surrender to me so that I can lead you to God. Never cease praying so that satan cannot take advantage of you. Pray for the knowledge that you are mine. I bless you with blessings of joy. Thank you for having responded to my call." Amen! Our Lady of the Rosary: Quoting the Magnificat: "Today's feast originated in 1571, when the Battle of Lepanto saw an invading Muslim army defeated in Greece after Saint Pius V called the faithful to pray the rosary for the protection of Europe. In essence , the rosary is a contemplative immersion in the lives of Jesus and Mary, and a powerful weapon in the spiritual warfare every Christian must in some way face. When we pray the rosary devoutly, we "Therefore take the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, to stand!" (Eph 6:13) We find ourselves in that evil day, and we are called to stand with Our Lady in this evil day! It is the Rosary that will be our strength, our support, and our weapon in this day. Our Lady has given it to us for this very hour!! Like the days of St. Pius V, we stand in the days of a massive assault on the Faith. An assault so powerful that only Our Lady will be able to withstand it. She is our Joan of Arc in these days!!! Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!! I also want to share the beautiful remarks that Ivan made after the prayer time that he shared with us on Saturday, October 5!! Here they are: Our Lady’s Apparition to Ivan October 5, 2024 IVAN’S WELCOME Dear Priests, Dear Friends in Christ, I greet all of you from the bottom of my heart. I especially greet all of you who join us today in prayer via the Internet, via Zoom. All these days we have prayed for Our Lady’s intentions and for Peace in the world, so this is exactly what we are going to do this evening. It is Our Lady’s desire. It is the intention of Our Blessed Mother. Let us open our hearts. Let us be open to Peace; Peace in our hearts, so that Peace may reign in us, and all over the world. AFTER THE APPARITION Dear Priests, Dear Friends in Christ, Dear Friends who are praying together with us today via the Internet, We gather together because Our Lady invited us here. We wish to follow her. We wish to live her messages, and we wish to help her so that her plans may be accomplished. In the latest message, she said, “I do need you. I can realize my plans with you. Therefore, decide for good, and fight against evil.” Our Lady has repeated these words many, many times during these years. And today, again, she repeats these words. She wants to help us. She wants to take us to the Way of Light and Hope. There is no one who could say more than the Blessed Mother about how much this world needs Peace and Hope today. Today, she comes to us Joyful. She was very happy. She greeted us all with the words, “Praised be Jesus, my dear children!” And then, she looked over all of us, and she prayed over us. And then, she prayed especially over the priests present here. And she prayed over the sick. And then, she prayed over all those, and blessed them, all those who are on the church ground who take part in the Evening Prayer Program. And then, for some time, she prayed for the Peace in the world. And then, I recommended to Our Lady all of you who are praying today with us via Internet and all of you who are present in the chapel. I presented all your prayer petitions, and all those petitions that are brought here in a written form. And then, Our Lady gave us her motherly blessing, and she blessed all the religious articles. There was also a part of the private conversation during the apparition. And after the private conversation, Our Lady left in prayer in the sign of the light and the cross, with the words, “Go in Peace, my dear children.” I try to emphasize the most important from this evening’s encounter. As you have seen, Our Lady prayed this evening especially for Peace; and you can see how important it is to support Our Lady with our prayers so that her plans may be accomplished. And for all of you who were praying today with us through the Internet, thank you for being with us, and hope to see you again next Saturday at the same time. Ivan Dragicevic. Pray that your life be joyful thanksgiving October 4, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! The Psalm for today's Mass is one of my favorite readings! It tells us so beautifully how much we are loved by God! Psalm 139 O Lord, you have probed me and you know me;  you know when I sit and when I stand;  you understand my thoughts from afar. My journeys and my rest you scrutinize,  with all my ways you are familiar. R/ Where can I go from your spirit? From your presence where can I flee? If I go up to the heavens, you are there;  if I sink to the nether world, you are present there. R/ If I take the wings of the dawn,  if I settle at the farthest limits of the sea, Even there your hand shall guide me,  and your right hand hold me fast. R/ Truly you have formed my inmost being;  you knit me in my mother’s womb. I give you thanks that I am fearfully, wonderfully made; wonderful are your works. R/ This Psalm helps us to feel deeply the power of our God, His providence, His care, and His love! When we pray this psalm, we feel like a well loved child!! In this message, Our Lady also proclaims the great power of God's love, from a similar perspective!! August 25, 1988  "Dear children! Today I invite you all to rejoice in the life which God gives you. Little children, rejoice in God, the Creator, because He has created you so wonderfully. Pray that your life be joyful thanksgiving which flows out of your heart like a river of joy. Little children, give thanks unceasingly for all that you possess, for each little gift which God has given you, so that a joyful blessing always comes down from God upon your life. The harvest is abundant!!! October 3, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Luke 10:1-2: Jesus appointed seventy-two other disciples whom he sent ahead of him in pairs to every town and place he intended to visit. He said to them, "The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest..." Our Gospel for today begins with the sending of the seventy two! Jesus wanted to prepare the way for His coming, to let a glimmer of His light precede Him, to help the people to recognize Him when He came. We live in a time when so many people need that glimmer of light, to open the eyes of their hearts even a little bit, in order to be able to recognize Him when He comes again! Our Lady spoke to us of this very thing: July 25, 2020  "Dear children! In this peaceless time in which the devil is harvesting souls to draw them to himself, I am calling you to persevering prayer, so that in prayer you discover the God of love and hope. Little children, take the Cross in your hands. May it be your encouragement for love to always win, in a special way now when the Cross and faith are rejected. You be a reflection and an example with your lives that faith and hope are still alive and a new world of peace is possible. I am with you and intercede for you before my Son, Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call." So many people need the light of Christ to shine into their lives!! Holy Mary, Queen of Angels - pray for us! October 2, 2024 The Holy Guardian Angels Dear Family of Mary! Today we celebrate our Guardian Angels. The are our heavenly friends and protectors who follow us through life, protecting and praying for us. We are never alone. In today's Gospel, Jesus speaks of our Guardian Angels: Matthew 18: 1-5, 10 The disciples approached Jesus and said, “Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?” He called a child over, placed it in their midst, and said, “Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the Kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. And whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me. See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father.” The Gospel of the Lord.  Our Guardian Angels pray for us before God at all times. Since we were tiny in the womb, we have had our dear Angel by our side. We can pray to him now with great love and thanksgiving. Let's give time today to look over our lives and perceive those key moments when our angel found a way to protect us and guide us back to God. This feast is a happy and wondrous day!! Here is a good prayer to pray today: O Holy Guardian Angel, my dear friend and solicitous guide on the dangerous way of life, to thee be heartfelt thanks for the numberless benefits which have been granted me through thy love and goodness and for the powerful help by which thou hast preserved me from so many dangers and temptations. I beg of thee, let me further experience thy love and thy care. Avert from me all danger, increase in me horror for sin and love for all that is good. Be a counselor and consoler to me in all the affairs of my life, and when my life draws to a close, conduct my soul through the valley of death into the kingdom of eternal peace, so that in eternity we may together praise God and rejoice in His glory. Be generous in renunciation, fasting and prayer... October 1, 2024 St. Therese of the Child Jesus Dear Family of Mary! Today is the Memorial of St. Therese of Lisieux! Her story is well known. Once she understood her call she never turned from it. As a young girl she gave herself to Jesus, and never looked back!! She often said, "My God...I desire to love you and make you loved!" And she did just that! Our Lady calls us to do the same! Our job is to pray and sacrifice for the conversion of souls, just as St. Therese did. Let Our Lady's words encourage us in this task: September 25, 2017  "Dear children! I am calling you to be generous in renunciation, fasting and prayer for all those who are in temptation, and are your brothers and sisters. In a special way I am imploring you to pray for priests and for all the consecrated, that they may love Jesus still more fervently; that the Holy Spirit may fill their hearts with joy; that they may witness Heaven and Heavenly mysteries. Many souls are in sin, because there are not those who sacrifice themselves and pray for their conversion. I am with you and am praying that your hearts may be filled with joy.
