MY REFLECTION
'How Much You Have Need of a Mother!' is the title of Message 60 in the MMP Book.
Our Lady starts off reminding Fr. Gobbi that She is always near him and that he should let Her lead him without looking to anyone or anything. Those words resonate in my heart because I truly believe Mother Mary has led me from my spiritual conversion 40 years ago right up to today. She has been my "spiritual director" and has guided me well. She even called me to the diaconate, which I thank God for every day. I couldn't even begin to count the blessings and graces I have received. Believe me, I am no angel! In all humility, I only deserve nothing, but because I let Our Lady lead me, I have Jesus in my heart and long to be in Heaven giving glory to the Father.
Our Lady now talks about human events. Things are getting worse and worse. Mankind has rejected God. They ignore Him, deny Him and forget Him. This poor generation is polluted and corrupted by Satan, who has risen up against God repeating his challenge: Non serviam: I will not serve; I will not acknowledge God!
Mother Mary says how much we need Her now! Because She is one of us, a creature, She alone can understand and help us. She can heal and snatch you away from the Evil Spirit. Have recourse to Her Immaculate Heart and She will be our salvation. Our Lady has triumphed over all errors and heresies; now with Her priest-sons, She will triumph over the greatest error which history has ever known: atheism, which has drawn away from Jesus Christ almost all of humanity!
These are the years of Our Lady's greatest triumph. All mankind will be renewed by suffering and purification and then re-consecrate itself completely for the glory of God, through the Immaculate Heart!
Here are some Fatima Prayers said by the three children: My God, I love you in thanksgiving for the graces You have granted to me; O my Jesus, I love You; Sweet Heart of Mary, be my salvation.
