From July 13, 1999 to August 15, 1999, Mrs. Garza received the following set of 33 messages from St. Louis Marie de Montfort regarding the power and efficacy of Marian consecration. On the eve of his feast permission has been granted to publicly promulgate these messages for the first time.
The Marian consecration preparation can begin on the feast of St. Louis de Montfort, today April 28th. May the distribution of these messages lead to a greater understanding and participation of individuals consecrating ourselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the crowning of Marian devotion, which always leads to a more committed and joy-filled living of our baptismal promises to Jesus Christ. –Ed.

DAY 19 July 31, 1999
Little daughter of Mary, embrace thy heavenly Mother who continues to lead thee closer to her Son, Jesus. She has been nourishing thee with her pure love and providing thee with everything through thy spiritual exercises. Each day thy heavenly Mother has been leading thee to a deeper knowledge of thyself through thy prayers and acts of mortification. Each day thy heavenly Mother is teaching thee a deeper love and devotion to her Immaculate Heart. Her love is helping thee to have more confidence in God and, thus, a deeper conversion. As thou makes thy way towards the path of holiness, it is thy heavenly Mother who is leading thee closer to her Son; thou cannot do this alone. Thou can only do this by thy sweet and good Mother. As thou abandons thyself to the womb of her Immaculate Heart, she is communicating her many virtues to thee and clothing thee with her merits. Oh, what a sweet and good Mother she is to her little children, this Mother of Fair Love who stands ready to come to the aid of those who call upon her motherly intercession! She will remove all disorder, fear and anxiety from thy heart as thou gives thyself more to her. Abandon thyself with filial trust into the abyss of her motherly love and say to thy heavenly Mother: “I am thine, O holy Mother. Lead thy little daughter to thy beloved Son.”
