Our time is surreal. Who is this woman who comes with the authority to bless us, bless everyone on the earth, to bless all of creation in the very name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit? How many more signs do we need that are being sent to the earth to tell us, to show us that God’s authority, the responsibility of all the earth rests, in this Her time, in Her arms? The same arms who responsibly held God’s Son. And yet many scoff at Medjugorje, at our belief in Our Lady, at our devotion to Her, believing that it is not necessary for salvation! Many who are ‘churched’ use the teaching of the Church that belief in approved apparitions of the Virgin Mary are not necessary for salvation. However, they miss the point, because they ignore the point – the point that we are so deceived, so blinded by the culture, that we do not perceive the truth when it is in front of us. The apparitions of the Madonna today are absolutely critical for the salvation of the world. It is Our Lady who has told us the world does not know in which sin it sinks. Our Lady has told us She has come to draw the world out of the whirlpool which is ready to drown it. Our Lady has told us had She not come the world would have destroyed itself. So what of the mentality which defends itself with the shield of Church teachings concerning belief in approved apparitions that, “one’s belief in Our Lady’s apparitions is not necessary for salvation?” It is an erred use of Church teaching. It is a “human” mentality which will use such to reject Our Lady’s plans. It is a mentality of arrogance of the ‘churched’ whose lack of humility cannot recognize that the time in which we live is ‘particular.’

Can you feel the times, can you see the times, can you recognize the times? This is it. A time prepared for, for 2000 years. A most glorious time in which the Madonna, the woman is raising up Her apostles to do battle with the dragon, for his massive, devastating defeat, to result in a magnificent time of glory for the Church, that will become radiant in its unlikely victory which will result from your small, seemingly insignificant heart, joined by another and another and more, creating a tsunami which will wave across the world. And what of those who pay tokenism of their devotion to Our Lady? Devotion to Our Lady of Medjugorje is of absolute necessity to save the world while there is still time. Not to is to certify many whose walk is leading to the path of eternal perdition – to the total and ultimate waste, the definition of which there is none. One grasps and understands hell only when one “walks” into it. Only then do they fully understand its definition. St. Faustina said in her Diary – Divine Mercy in my Soul:
“Today, I was led by an Angel to the chasms of hell. It is a place of great torture; how awesomely large and extensive it is! The kinds of tortures I saw: the first torture that constitutes hell is the loss of God; the second is perpetual remorse of conscience; the third is that one’s condition will never change; the fourth is the fire that will penetrate the soul without destroying it – a terrible suffering, since it is a purely spiritual fire, lit by God’s anger; the fifth torture is continual darkness and a terrible suffocating smell, and, despite the darkness, the devils and the souls of the damned see each other and all the evil, both of others and their own; the sixth torture is the constant company of satan; the seventh torture is horrible despair, hatred of God, vile words, curses and blasphemies. These are the tortures suffered by all the damned together, but that is not the end of the sufferings. There are special tortures destined for particular souls. These are the torments of the senses. Each soul undergoes terrible and indescribable sufferings, related to the manner in which it has sinned. There are caverns and pits of torture where one form of agony differs from another. I would have died at the very sight of these tortures if the omnipotence of God had not supported me. Let the sinner know that he will be tortured throughout all eternity, in those senses which he made use of to sin. I am writing this at the command of God, so that no soul may find an excuse by saying there is no hell, or that nobody has ever been there, and so no one can say what it is like.”
Can one still wonder why Our Lady’s heart is suffering tremendously in Heaven? And you can’t love Our Lady enough to fast, to pray, to sacrifice constantly for Her plans which is your salvation in this time? “Heresy,” some, even many, would respond. “We don’t have to follow Our Lady to receive salvation. Jesus Christ has given us salvation. This is heretical to believe otherwise!” True, very true and that is exactly why Our Lady has come because:
Many do not know Jesus, yet they are well aware of Him. It is we who first must ask our hearts the question, “Do I really know Jesus? Do I really believe in Him enough to change everything pagan in me, to be an apostle so as with my example? I will live such a way as to save others from hell?
If you want that belief, “open your heart.” Our Lady said today, March 2, 2011, “…May fasting and prayer give you strength in that…”
What is the best way to open your heart? “Fasting and prayer,” Our Lady said today. On Ash Wednesday, March 9, 2011, thousands will begin a 9-day bread and water fast to open our hearts and the hearts of loved ones and neighbors to Our Lady. This fast is in preparation for the apparitions of March 19-23, 2011, here at Caritas, Alabama. Is it necessary for salvation to come? Technically no. But when you come, your blindness, your scales will fall from your eyes and you will see what you could not before you came, even salvation where there is none. Coming with an open heart, fasting and prayer,

We are all in need of this spiritual surgery, and though painful, it leads to a peaceful, joyful recovery. Heaven is giving you an opportunity like no other time in this particular history. For those who have attended the five day events with Our Lady here at Caritas in the past, when Marija, the Medjugorje visionary, has come, the experience is unique and there are ‘particular’ graces. A young Mirjana answers questions from pilgrims concerning her experiences as one of the six children who were given the great privilege of being messengers for the Queen of Heaven from Medjugorje. Mirjana could not imagine back in 1988 when these pictures were taken that Our Lady would still be appearing in the year 2011. Nor could she have imagined that she would be designated by Our Lady to receive a special message each month and that these apparitions and messages would attract so many people worldwide that tens of thousands of pilgrims would stream into Medjugorje just to be with her on the second of every month.
As a young woman, Mirjana could not have imagined the personal cost she would have to pay in carrying this cross for so many years for the conversion of nonbelievers. And yet, Mirjana, in 1988 had carried the knowledge of all ten secrets, including the three chastisements, for six years already. Though many joys awaited Mirjana at this stage in her life, including marriage and motherhood, she would never be able to separate herself from the sorrow and anxiety of Our Lady over the multitude of souls who “…think that they can walk without my Son…They are walking to eternal perdition…”
We are all called to carry the sorrow of Our Lady over lost souls. This is not just a call to Our Lady’s six visionaries. We should all feel the heavy responsibility to do everything in our power, regardless of the sacrifice, to bring the love of Jesus to those who do not believe—and to do it first through the witness of our own lives, “…so that by living God’s love you may be an example to those who do not know it...” Our Lady gives us a window into Her Sorrowful Heart through Mirjana’s testimony, in order to move our hearts to help Her more, and so we would take more seriously Her words, “…be apostles of my love...”
