Transformation into the Will of God: Our Specific Goal in Life

Transformation into the Will of God: Our Specific Goal in Life

“You are God’s branch.  You will give Him much fruit if you live a life of intimacy with Him who gave His life for you on a cross.  The Fountain of all good, God’s own blood will run in your veins.

Remember what He said:  “Anyone who does not remain in Me will be thrown out like a branch and wither and they will be gathered up and thrown into a fire and they will be burned up…but if you remain in Me and My words remain in you, you may ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you.”

This is the great secret for union with God:  to remain in His love, persevering to the end.  The love of God’s vine flows to our soul in the Eucharist and causes us to come out of our selfish selves.  One drinks charity from the Heart of Jesus in the Eucharist and becomes eager to give oneself without measure as God did.  This is the result of intimacy with God when we receive the Holy Eucharist.  Never take Holy Communion for granted…it is intimate communication with God your creator and savior.  Do you think often of remaining in God?”
