Here, Christ’s attitude teaches us three points: 1. The small joys of a simple life are very important to God. They should be important to us too. 2. Jesus aims to help us understand that the souls who, like Mary, know how to find joy in their everyday tasks, live happy lives and feel the desire to transmit this joy to others. 3.
