Dear Family of Mary!
"...But, my children, do not forget that the Eucharist is the heart of faith. This is my Son who feeds you with His Body and strengthens you with His Blood. This is a miracle of love: my Son who always comes anew, alive, to bring life back to souls..." (May 2, 2018)

Our Lady spoke to us very strongly about love, and about Jesus, who is love, on May 2. "Do not forget that the Eucharist is the heart of faith." If she warns us not to forget, it means we do forget. Jesus is a miracle of love for us. He feeds us with His body!! He strengthens us with His Blood. In our littleness we would fall away without His constant strengthening and nurturing.

St. Faustina was very aware of Jesus' presence in the Eucharist. She spent hours "at the feet of the hidden God..." as she tells us in her Diary.

784 + I thank God for this illness and these physical discomforts, because I have time to converse with the Lord Jesus. It is my delight to spend long hours at the feet of the hidden God, and the hours pass like minutes as I lose track of time. I feel that a fire is burning within me, and I understand no other life but that of sacrifice, which flows from pure love.

And Our Lady asked her to adore Jesus, hidden within her, hidden in the Blessed Sacrament, secretly and silently, day in and day out, in preparation for Christmas. Our Lady said:

785 November 29, [1936]. The Mother of God has taught me how to prepare for the Feast of Christmas. I saw Her today, without the Infant Jesus. She said to me: My daughter, strive after silence and humility, so that Jesus, who dwells in your heart continuously, may be able to rest. Adore Him in your heart; do not go out from your inmost being. My daughter, I shall obtain for you the grace of an interior life which will be such that, without ever leaving that interior life, you will be able to carry out all your external duties with even greater care. Dwell with Him continuously in your heart. He will be your strength. Communicate with creatures only in so far as is necessary and is required by your duties. You are a dwelling place pleasing to the living God; in you He dwells continuously with love and delight. And the living presence of God, which you experience in a more vivid and distinct way, will confirm you, my daughter, in the things I have told you. Try to act in this way until Christmas Day, and then He Himself will make known to you in what way you will be communing and uniting yourself with Him. (Diary 784-785)
St. Faustina lived for Jesus who was with her in the Blessed Sacrament. And she learned from Our Lady how to adore Him even when she was not in the chapel. She could adore Jesus in her heart, because He came to her in Communion and rested there, in her heart. She could adore Jesus continually.

I feel that this adoration of Jesus, within us, is the key to something very big! It is the key to living a life of love for Jesus without interruption. Our Lady seems to be hinting at this kind of adoration in her message. "Do not forget that the Eucharist is the heart of faith." In other words, do not forget that Jesus in the Eucharist is present to you, in your heart and in the Tabernacle, to be your constant companion in your walk of faith. Don't forget that He is with you, waiting for you at all times. Do not forget to adore Him. In adoration of the Eucharistic Lord you will find your way, understand everything, and become like Him. And it is not out of your reach. Simply adore him, right where you are.

Our Lady told St. Faustina to adore Jesus continually, and she tells us not to forget the Jesus in the Eucharist is the heart of faith. The best way to not forget this is to adore Him constantly!

In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
