Take the Cross...Look at Jesus!

August 11, 2022
St. Clare

Dear Family of Mary!

There are times when we get low. We may be tired, stressed, anxious, or just plain down. And it is often then that we grow lax in prayer and lose our focus. Our Lady knows that this can happen to us. She knows the tactics of the enemy and how he would love to get us to give up on God!

Our Lady spoke to us about this very thing in the February 25, 2016 message:

February 25, 2016

"Dear children!

In this time of grace,
I am calling all of you to conversion.

Little children,

you love little
and pray even less.
You are lost
and do not know what your goal is.

Take the cross,
look at Jesus
and follow Him.

He gives Himself to you
to the death on the cross,
because He loves you.

Little children,

I am calling you:
return to prayer with the heart
so as to find hope
and the meaning of your existence,
in prayer.

I am with you
and am praying for you.

Thank you for having responded to my call."

Our Lady speaks the truth to us!

This is a time of grace...We are not praying enough... We have lost sight of our goal...The Cross is the sign post, showing us our goal... Jesus is our goal... Jesus offers us love... Jesus is love... He gave himself to the death on the cross for us...We will only find our hope in Him... Prayer is the way to find Him again... in prayer we will regain the meaning of our lives... Our Mother prays for us and with us...let us respond to her call...

May we pray for our brothers and sisters that they too will discover God in prayer with the help of Mother Mary!

In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
