July 1-5, 2008 - Visit of Marija to Caritas ©COB

Our Lady appears for a long time.

Apparition tomorrow, on the 4th of July will be
"same time, same place."

A beautifully prepared Rosary was prayed leading up to the 10:00 p.m. apparition of Our Lady. Songs that were written specifically for the day of consecration for our nation were prayed between each decade, all of which were based on the scripture passage 2 Chronicles: 7:14. “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, I will forgive their sin and heal their land.” The prayer tonight was not in celebration of our nation’s founding, but rather a very serious and solemn prayer to humble ourselves before God recognizing our sinfulness but at the same time, asking God to be merciful to our nation and remember “not the sins of this land, but rather how much this nation has dispensed the liberty of the Gospel to the world.” The crowds were much larger tonight than they had been during any other time of the retreat, reaching throughout the Field. After the Rosary, the Solemn Act of Consecration of Our Nation was prayed, and then there were several minutes of silence until Marija began the seven Our Father’s, Hail Mary’s and Glory Be’s. After several more minutes of prayer, Our Lady appeared. The apparition was very long tonight. The big surprise for all of us was that Our Lady said that for tomorrow’s apparition, on July 4th, the apparition would be “same time, same place” meaning in the Field again at 10:00 p.m. Marija said that we should give Our Lady in the next 24 hours many prayers for our nation’s conversion.

This is not the full description of the apparition. Further details will be given tomorrow.
