Dear Family of Mary TV,
It appears many of you had trouble connecting on Tuesday night, January 31, 2012, to MARY TV's live streaming when Ivan had his apparition in St. Joseph Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I wanted to reply to the emails I received from many of you that night, telling you what Our Lady had said in the message she gave during her apparition, but Ivan asked that we wait until he had first corrected the translation. I just received his translation of Our Lady's message from Ana Shawl and so I am sending it out to you all, with my apologies to all who could not connect for the evening of prayer on January 31. We will soon have the recording of the apparition and the entire evening of prayer up at .
Thank you for responding to my appeal by sending out to your email lists the notice of the streaming of Ivan's apparition on January 31st. To our amazement the number of people around the world trying to get on for the apparition exceeded all expectations, causing the server to overload. It is good news for Our Lady that millions were praying with her that night trying to log on to Mary TV's web page.... I was in the sanctuary not far from Ivan during his apparition. Those who emailed me expressing disappointment at not being able to be connected should know that while Ivan and Our Lady were speaking together I opened my iPhone, scrolling all those emails for her to see.
Be assured we will be working on this technical problem in the hope that it won't happen again. It is true that a spiritual battle always surrounds our attempts to stream Our Lady's apparitions over the internet. The enemy fights against it's success. Just before the evening of prayer in the church in Kalamazoo was to begin Mary TV couldn't even get connected to the internet. And so I went to the ambo asking everyone in the church to join us in the spiritual battle by praying a decade of the rosary. Just as we all began our second decade together Mary TV got connected!
The devil is terrified of Our Lady connecting with her children! Vicka has said more graces are being offered now to the world through Our Lady's Medjugorje apparitions than ever before in history. Our Lady's coming spells the devil's defeat. And he knows every inch he looses now on the digital sea he's never getting back. Please continue to pray. The next apparitions we are scheduled to stream live with Ivan over the internet will be from his chapel in Medjugorje on June 23, 24, and 26, 2012. Keep Ivan and our streaming in your prayers!
A professional television and film producer (who is now part of our MARY TV family) experienced a dramatic conversion two years ago when watching an apparition over the internet. She sent the following email to my wife after receiving her February 2, 2012, reflection:
Thank you Cathy!!!! What a beautiful talk from Ivan!!! Some of the most beautiful words Ive heard in his talks. My mom and I were trying to get on the live stream but our computers wouldn't let us. Still I am happy because I knew this meant there were thousands from around the world who wanted to be with Our Lady. So many that even your site couldn't handle all the people who wanted to be with Her! What a beautiful thing that you can bring Her to so many people!!! I'm happy :) God bless you, you're in our prayers.
Oh, and we joined a prayer group this past fall and now they are all following Our Lady's messages and updates from Mary TV. Please say hi to Denis from me and we send our love to you all from the East Coast...
We will have the video of the evening of prayer in Kalamazoo (including the apparition and Ivan's talk) up at just as soon as we can scroll over video of the apparition the text of the corrected translation (below) of the message given by Our Lady. At one point while Ivan was speaking in the church it appeared that someone in the congregation is choosing instead to watch him on their iPhone! Oh how we have been changed by this technology!
It is beautiful to know that Ivan began giving his testimony on January 31, 2012, in St. Joseph Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan, by also greeting all those connected through the internet: "My dear priests, my dear friends in Christ, and also in a special way everyone who is joining us in prayer over the internet, I would like to greet all of you as well."
And speaking of Our Lady's apparition in the church that evening he said:
Our Lady came very joyful and happy and she greeted all of us with the greeting, "Praised be Jesus, my dear children!" After that she extended her hands over the priests present here and prayed over them for a longer time. And after that she prayed over everyone present here and she prayed for a longer time for those who are sick among us. And after that I especially recommended all of the sick present here to her. After that Our Lady blessed us with her motherly blessing and she blessed all of those things that you brought to be blessed. And after that Our Lady turned to all of us and said:
"Dear children, Today also I am calling you to personal conversion. You be the ones who will be converted, and in your lives be witnesses. Love, forgive and bring the joy of the Risen One to this world where my Son died, and where people do not feel the need to seek Him and discover Him in their lives. You be adorers of my Son and may your hope be hope to those whose hearts do not have Jesus. Dear children, thank you again today for having responded to my call."
I then recommended all of you to her, all of your needs, all of your petitions, all of your families. After that Our Lady continued to pray over all of us here, and in that prayer Our Lady departed in the light and in the light of the Cross, with the greeting, "Go in peace my dear children!"
Thank you for your support, your understanding and your patience. We will work hard to improve our ability to reach people all over the world with the love of Our Lady. The days ahead are days of great grace and blessing, of only we can persevere in prayer and love.
