LATE NIGHT REFLECTION
Message #88 to Fr. Gobbi is titled, 'I Will Be Victorious.'
Our Lady starts this Message off by proclaiming "I am the Immaculate Conception!" And then She goes on explaining what this means: first that at Lourdes She recalled that truth to St. Bernadette; that by a privilege from Almighty God Our Lady was exempt from all sin whatsoever, even Original Sin, which every one else contracts at their conception! What a powerful Truth!
And why was Our Lady preserved from all sin? Because the Most Holy Trinity had this wondrous plan to save all humanity; Mary was conceived without sin and filled with grace because in that plan of God, She was chosen to become the Mother of the Word, Jesus the Christ! And from the Cross Jesus gave Her to us as our true Mother!
And Mary's plan, which is always in union with God's plan, is to form us in Her own immaculateness, especially healing us from the ugliness of evil. In the Scriptures we read about this plan of God (Genesis 3:15), where Our Lady's mission is described: "I will put enmity between you and the Woman; between your offspring and hers. She will crush your head as you make an attempt on her heel."
Mary conquered Satan by Her "Yes"; and the Word was made flesh in Her most pure womb, and on Calvary, when Jesus offered Himself to the Father on the Cross. And the battle has continued from that day until today. There have been many victories over Satan by Our Lady in these 2000 years; and in this century Our Lady again appeared proclaiming Her victory: "In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph!" (Fatima)
So let us take refuge in the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the means that Almighty God has given us for our salvation! This is Our Lady's hour! This is time when She will personally intervene! Now that we know the plan of God and Our Lady is to crush Satan again where She will be victorious, we must completely abandon and consecrate ourselves to Her Immaculate Heart for the great battle ahead!
