tion of the Octave of the Immaculate Conception.)

Quote:
Pope Paul VI
"Maximilian Kolbe was an apostle of the formal religious veneration of the Blessed Virgin, seen in her first, original privileged splendor, as she defined herself as;Lourdes: the Immaculate Conception. It is impossible to separate the name, the activity and the mission of Blessed Kolbe from that of Mary Immaculate."

Meditation:
Pope St. Pius X
"Reflecting on the incredible devotion of Saint Francis for the most blessed Mother of God, we desire to remind the sons of so great a Father of this passage of Thomas of Celano:
To her he paid special praises, poured out prayers, offered his affection, in such number and kind that tongue of man cannot recount. But what is cause for joy, he made her Advocate of his Order, and for their growth and protection placed the sons he was about to leave under her wings."
From a letter of Pope Pius X. Motu proprio Ob singularem, September 8, 1910.

 Resolution:
Today while I am about my work, I will remember that my work is my mission field. Even though my small work doesn't look as important as the work of those many Franciscans who went on courageous missions full of deprivation to serve  their Queen. My mission is from the same Queen and so it has value in her eyes.

Marian Vow:
“One understands, therefore, why this missionary character is united inseparably with the Marian character in unlimited consecration to the Immaculate Mediatrix. In virtue of unlimited possession by the Immaculate - with the Marian Vow or without it - each member of M.I.M. is invested with the same mission of the Immaculate which is, precisely, the mission of the universal Mediatrix of salvation.”
Marian Seraphic Pathways,  Directory #57

I give this resolution to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Thanks be to God for graces received.
