 They Are Running Circles around Us!Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Have you ever notice how they are aggressively proselytizing our kids? Mormons and Muslims for starters. They donate millions to put missionaries on the street to knock on doors, stand in airports, and utilize modern media to get their message across.
And then, did you know that 20 to nearly 50% of many evangelical churches in the USA are made up of former Catholics? Or that we lose 50% of young Catholic Churchgoers between the ages of 18 and 25?
The Crossroads Initiative is a non-profit ministry bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ and the fullness of Catholic faith to people of all ages, all over the world, in an upbeat joyful style that make people proud to be Catholic Christians. Hundreds of thousands have been touched by that message this past month alone through our work on TV, radio, and the web (see below some comments from around the world). This is all work we have done for free, on an extremely low budget.
To expand . . . and even just to continue our work, we need your help. In this year of economic hardship, we’ve gone into significant debt to keep getting the word out. Important expansion of our work has been delayed.
We receive no funding from any parish, diocese, or Foundation. We rely entirely on you.
We don’t ask often. But we need your help in a very special way right now. We really want to thank those of you have given generously over this past week, but we are still far from our goal!
Our goal is to raise $15,000 over the next month to retire our debt and begin a major website upgrade that will enable us to reach our youth more effectively. Can you help us reach our goal?
