The Bezpala Brown Gallery said this exhibit expresses "anger directed at a pontiff and an institution that has abandoned its flock, choosing to focus on dogma while its subjects suffer and, in many instances, die from its archaic policies." Persona Non Grata contains 30 paintings and four sculptures by the apostate Catholic Peter Alexander Por. In contrast, the painting of the Pope is riddled with bullet holes. How shocking! Just imagine if the art gallery had shown the leader of some other religious sect in the same manner – what a ruckus would follow. But they seem to take special delight in ridiculing the Catholic Faith. This is not fair.
