Papal Assassination Attempt: 27 years later

On May 13th, 1981, John Paul II was shot in Saint Peter's Square.

It was the feast day of the Virgin of Fatima.

Twenty-seven years later we relive those moments.

Forsake Me Not When My Strength Is Spent

In you, O Lord, do I take refuge;
let me never be put to shame!
In your righteousness deliver me and rescue me;
