Look in the late summer sky at the clouds as they pass and note the different kinds and also how we must always focus on the sky behind them and especially after storms.
Too often, the sky is obscured; sometimes, we can't help it; there are nothing but clouds.
Yet, more often we make the mistake of focusing on a cloud and lose sight of the greater reality behind (and above) it.
Clouds always move on. Don't follow them. Keep your eyes on the same place. Give your cares and worries to the Blessed Mother -- place them in her hands. It is in this way that you transcend the clouds. It is in this way too that you "pierce" them. When we pray from the heart, a beam of light shoots from us through all obstacles.
