Legion of Mary prayers sustain a weary world:

Back in the early 80's, we had a Legion of Mary praesidium at St. Patrick's church in Mt. Dora, Florida. I was elected president of this group and served until I moved back to New York. When I was ordained to the diaconate in 1987 in Brooklyn, New York, I served at St. Stan's parish in Maspeth, Queens and was  assigned as spiritual director to the parish Legion of Mary praesidium by the pastor. I still pray the Tessera which consists of the Invocation, prayers to the Holy Spirit, the Rosary, the Catena, and the concluding prayers of the Tessera every day. Perhaps we could start a new praesidium at St. Mary's in Eustis, Florida. Let me know if you are interested. For those not living near Eustis, why not start or join the Legion of Mary near you.
