The Stupendous Promise of Love to Those Who Fast and Go to Weekday Mass
Our Mother explained to Elizabeth Kindelmann: "When the faithful keep the Monday fast, they will free a multitude of souls from Purgatory each time they receive Communion during the week, at the very moment they receive the Holy Body of our Lord Jesus Christ". Our Lord promised that if Priests keep this fast on Mondays, they will release even more souls than others.
From the Spiritual Dairy of Elizabeth Kindelmann (Note well this is one of the greatest promises Our Lord and our Mother have made. The Fast allows for bread and water at breakfast and lunch and a normal dinner after 6 pm if a Rosary is said on Monday for the souls in Purgatory.)
