Some say: You cannot pray to the Virgin Mary, holy as she is, because she died. And the dead can do nothing.
Note the contradiction. In this life, we believe that we can pray for one another, but not in the next!
Have you not read
that on Mount Tabor the transfigured Jesus spoke with Moses and Elijah?
And have you not read in the Gospel that Jesus told the Good Thief:
"This evening you will be with me in paradise"? So Moses, Elijah and the
good thief are in paradise, but not Mary who was called "full of
grace"? The one whom all generations must proclaim blessed would not be
with God in heaven, but only the Good Thief? In the book of Revelation,
is she not in the procession of those who follow the Lamb wherever he
goes?
