Mary stays silent but Baby Jesus speaks
By Jakob Marschner on Dec 25, 2012
Christmas Day 2012 saw an unprecedented event in 31 years of reported apparitions in Medjugorje: According to visionary Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti, the Virgin Mary said nothing, but left the talking to Baby Jesus. From Mary’s arms, He appealed for man to live His commandments.
Mary was silent – but in an event never seen before in Medjugorje, the Christ Child spoke instead of His Mother for Christmas, said visionary Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti
After more than 31 years of apparitions in Medjugorje, a never seen before event took place on Christmas Day.
According to visionary Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti, the Virgin Mary came with little Jesus in her arms and did not give a message – but little Jesus began to speak and said:
“I am your peace, live my commandments.”
With a sign of the Cross, the little Jesus and the Virgin Mary gave a blessing, the visionary said.
On rare occasions, the Virgin Mary has stayed silent before, and the visionaries have reported seeing Jesus, too, for Christmas as well as for Easter. But that Jesus speaks instead of the Virgin Mary has never been reported by a Medjugorje visionary before, throughout the more than 31 years of reported apparitions.

Attend an apparition – pilgrimage programme is here!
Mother Mary said at Fatima: "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the sure way which will lead you to God." St. Thomas Aquinas said: "The things we love tell us who we are!" With that in mind, I will try to post each day something about Our Blessed Lady, items about the Holy Roman Catholic Church, and public domain Catholic books too! I pray you enjoy my ministry! Below are two albums of pictures that I created: 1. Our grand daughter Adrianna. 2. Tears of Mary!
