Mother Mary said at Fatima: "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the sure way which will lead you to God." St. Thomas Aquinas said: "The things we love tell us who we are!" With that in mind, I will try to post each day something about Our Blessed Lady, items about the Holy Roman Catholic Church, and public domain Catholic books too! I pray you enjoy my ministry!
Below are two albums of pictures that I created:
1. Our grand daughter Adrianna.
2. Tears of Mary!

to Our Lady of the Annunciation, the Shrine of Le Puy (France)–which is
also the cathedral of the Diocese—is one of the oldest in Europe. In
the 5th century, under the inspiration of Mary, a woman suffering from a
fever went to a hilltop overlooking the region and lay on an ancient
stone table. Relying on faith and prayer to Mary, she was cured.
The bishop of Le
Puy built the first cathedral-church there between 415 and 430. In
1998, the shrine of Our Lady of Le Puy was twinned with Meryem Ana Evi
(or the House of Mother Mary, very popular with Muslims), close to
ancient Ephesus in Turkey. From an early date, it seems that the Virgin
Mary chose Le Puy to be an important place in Europe to demonstrate her
Jubilee of Le Puy, celebrated when March 25th coincides with Good
Friday, we celebrate the Virgin Mary, the "handmaid of the Lord" and her
Son, the "Servant of God" who comes to give his life for all men
(according to the prophet Isaiah).
Huge crowds come
to Le Puy in quest of healing, especially on August 15th, the feast of
the Assumption of Our Lady. Thousands of pilgrims of Saint James choose
to stop by Le Puy or to depart from the shrine to walk "The Way" to
Santiago de Compostela, as many others before them since the 10th
